The kickoff time has been announced for the Emerald Isle Classic in Ireland between Notre Dame and Navy.
Notre Dame announces kickoff time for the Navy game in Dublin at 2 p.m. "local" time. That's 9 a.m. in South Bend and 6 a.m. in Los Angeles.— Irish Illustrated (@NDatRivals) April 16, 2012
I guess this means that the drink of the week may end up being a Bloody Mary by default, instead of Guinness by default. I mean, Bloody Mary was the last Catholic Monarch of Great Britain- but maybe that's a little inappropriate for Ireland. At any rate, we should all be severely wasted before ESPN starts ruining it for everyone. Of course, we get Verne & Gary on the CBS broadcast, so no one will be able to tell if you're drunk- or sleeping.
Welcome to West Coast life, East Coast people.
Better than Breakfast at Wimbolden, Breakfast at Aviva Stadium, Dublin, Ireland. The early start makes an Irish classic a must: The Black Velvet, champagne and Guinness in tall glass over ice. Perfect.
I'm always looking for an excuse to drink first thing in the morning, you know...other than the cold enveloping darkness at the bottom of a bottle of whiskey
